It's simple. You find the item, agree a price with the seller, and tell us the pickup address and your home address. We'll go and collect it, load it carefully into the van, and deliver it straight to your door. You don't even need to be there for the collection if you've arranged access with the seller.

Tips for Marketplace Collections

Before booking a collection, always check the item dimensions against our van dimensions. Our Ford Transit Connect has a load area of approximately 2.5m long by 1.4m wide by 1.3m high — enough for most large furniture items but not for very large corner sofas or king size beds without dismantling.

Always ask the seller if the item can be dismantled — wardrobes and bed frames almost always can be, which makes loading and unloading much easier and reduces the risk of damage.

How Much Does a Marketplace Pickup Cost in Teesside?
